Just go back into your past and if it talks about a good relation with your friends or how much you helped them as and when it was possible by you and how they too responded in a positive way. It says your 11th house is well placed in your horoscope and you will always be blessed with good friends who can understand you well.
The two planets that signify friendship are planet Jupiter and Mars. If these two are well placed in your chart you can have friends who understand you well and will also help you as and when possible.
But Mars should not go in the 11th house or even to say Rahu or Ketu in 11th house are not good in this regard.
The 11th house also rules your elder siblings and your relationship with them is also seen from the 11th house.
If your friends are not able to understand you or even if your elder siblings are facing problems like obstacles, Health issue or career related problems it means your 11th house is effected. Always help your friends as and when it's possible by you.
As a remedy pacify your two planets - Mars and Jupiter by chanting their beej mantras, donating yellow daal and Masoor daal on Thursdays and Tuesdays, or even Thursday or Tuesday fasting if health permits.
