1. फलित ज्योतिष में षोडश वर्ग का महत्व :

9. कैसे देखें षोडशवर्गीय चार्ट्स को ?
अगर किसी जातक का लग्न मानिये मिथुन है. और यह मान लें कि नवमांश चार्ट में उसका लग्न मेष निकलता है. अब हम लग्न कुण्डली में मिथुन लग्न के सप्तमेष (गुरु) की स्थिति, मंगल की स्थिति, और नवमांश कुण्डली में मंगल और गुरु की स्थिति देखेंगे. अगर दोनों की स्थिति दोनों कुण्डलियों, या चार्ट्स में अच्छी है, तो व्यक्ति का वैवाहिक जीवन और जीवन साथी अच्छा होगा. अगर दोनों में खराब है, तो बहुत खराब और अगर एक में अच्छी और दुसरे में खराब, या एक की दोनों में अच्छी, पर दूसरे (मंगल/गुरु) की दोनों में खराब, या इसी प्रकार अनुमान लगाया जायेगा. वैसे तो इनके गहरे मतलब होते हैं, पर सरलता से समझने के लिए ऐसे लिख दिया जाता है.
